Why the Northern Emirates?
Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain offer some of the most affordable new homes in the UAE, within commuting distance of Dubai. Sharjah opened freehold ownership to all nationalities in designated areas such as Aljada and Masaar, and large master communities from Arada and Alef now dominate new supply. Ajman offers low entry prices in freehold zones, and Umm Al Quwain is home to Sobha's Siniya Island beachfront project.
