Property Resale Services

Professional brokerage and conveyancing services facilitating secondary market real estate transactions in accordance with Dubai Land Department and RERA regulations.

Reselling before handover requires developer consent and NOC.

What's included

  • Broker mandate formalization through DLD Form A
  • Drafting and execution of the unified sale contract via Form F (MoU)
  • Facilitation and clearance of developer No Objection Certificates (NOC)
  • Title transfer and payment settlement at Dubai Land Department Trustee offices

How it works

  1. 1

    Sign Broker Agreement (Form A)

The seller executes Form A with a RERA-registered broker to establish the representation mandate, listing terms, and commission structure.

  2. 2

    Execute Sales Contract (Form F)

Buyer and seller sign the unified sales contract (Form F/MoU) through official platforms, setting purchase terms.

  3. 3

    Obtain Developer NOC

An application is submitted to the developer to issue a No Objection Certificate confirming that all service charges and liabilities are cleared.

  4. 4

    Transfer at DLD Trustee Office

The parties meet at an official Dubai Land Department Registration Trustee office to settle purchase funds, complete DLD registration fees, and issue the new title deed.
