Ellington Master Community marks a new chapter for Ellington Properties, one of Dubai's most recognised design-led boutique developers. For the first time, the studio's architecture-first philosophy moves beyond individual residential towers to shape an entire master-planned district — every street, home and garden carrying the Ellington signature.
The master plan brings together low-rise apartment buildings, townhouses, twin villas and standalone villas within a single, coherent architectural vision. A landscaped spine, cycling routes and reduced internal vehicle traffic place pedestrians first, while wellness-focused amenities are distributed so that every home sits close to green space and recreation.
Inside, residences carry the hallmarks that define Ellington's work across Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, MBR City, JVC and Palm Jumeirah: natural materials, generous glazing and calm, light-filled layouts. A village-style retail and dining core is planned to serve residents' everyday needs within walking distance.
The community is currently in pre-launch, with registration of interest open ahead of the official first-phase release. Prices start from AED 2,600,000 with a 70/30 payment plan, and handover is anticipated in 2030. The exact location within Dubai and the official launch date will be confirmed by the developer.
