Vista Ridge by Emaar

Vista Ridge is an Emaar Properties project in Emaar South, the golf-course community in Dubai South. Released in early 2026, it is a single residential building of apartments with a small number of townhouses, and broker data puts the total at about 198 homes. Of the recent Emaar South golf launches it has the nearest completion date, with handover scheduled for the third quarter of 2029.

The mix runs from one to three-bedroom apartments up to three-bedroom townhouses. Portal floor plans show one-bedroom units of around 788 sq ft, two-bedrooms between roughly 1,286 and 1,383 sq ft and three-bedroom apartments of about 1,655 to 1,752 sq ft, while Emaar's listing reaches about 2,762 sq ft for the largest homes. Facilities include adult and children's pools, a splash pad, padel court, event lawn and indoor and outdoor gyms.

The building benefits from Emaar South's position near Al Maktoum International Airport, roughly ten minutes away according to portal estimates, with Expo City Dubai about 14 minutes and Palm Jebel Ali and Dubai Investment Park around 15 minutes. Dubai Marina is about half an hour by car and Downtown Dubai around 35 minutes. Residents also have the community golf course, parks and retail close at hand.

Vista Ridge suits buyers who want golf-side living with a shorter wait for completion, as well as investors targeting the airport and logistics corridor. Payments follow an 80/20 structure: 10% on booking, 70% in construction-linked instalments and the remaining 20% on handover in the third quarter of 2029. Because availability and pricing change as units sell, buyers should check the latest price list and remaining layouts before reserving.
