Virella 2 is a townhouse phase by Emaar Properties at The Valley, the master-planned community stretching along the Dubai–Al Ain Road. Virella 2 suits families looking for a newly built Emaar townhouse with outdoor space on the city's eastern fringe. The 70/30 plan asks for 10% at booking and 60% during construction, leaving a relatively large 30% balance due at handover in the first quarter of 2030, which gives buyers more time to arrange the final payment or a mortgage. Because availability and pricing change as units sell, buyers should check the latest price list and remaining layouts before reserving.
