Palace Villas Ostra brings Emaar's Palace hospitality brand to The Oasis, the developer's lagoon-centred villa community in Dubailand. The collection comprises detached four-, five- and six-bedroom villas, and Emaar's project page lists prices from AED 13.13 million. It followed the Address-branded Tierra release and is pitched at buyers who prefer the warmer, more traditional Arabian character associated with the Palace name.

The payment plan is 80/20, with 10% at booking, 70% spread across construction and 20% at completion.
