Golf Vale by Emaar

Golf Vale is an Emaar Properties development in Emaar South, the master community in Dubai South that wraps around an 18-hole championship golf course. Released in April 2026, it mixes apartments with a handful of ground-level townhouses and, according to broker listings, totals around 262 homes. With most inventory already taken up, only a small number of units remained on Emaar's own listing at the time of writing.

The line-up covers one, two and three-bedroom apartments plus three-bedroom townhouses. Portal floor plans show one-bedroom layouts from about 672 sq ft and two-bedrooms close to 990 sq ft, with three-bedroom apartments of roughly 1,725 sq ft and townhouses near 2,800 sq ft. Shared facilities include an infinity-edge pool, children's pool and splash pad, padel court, yoga areas and indoor and outdoor gyms.

The project shares Emaar South's position near Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo City Dubai. Portal estimates give about ten minutes to the airport, 15 to Expo City, 20 to Jebel Ali Free Zone and roughly 25 to 30 minutes to Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai. The community itself offers parks, a golf clubhouse, schools and planned retail and dining space.

Golf Vale appeals to buyers looking for one of the lowest entry points into a new Emaar golf-side home, whether for owner occupation or rental. The payment structure is 80/20, with 10% due at booking, 70% through construction and 20% when the keys are released, currently expected in the first quarter of 2030. Because availability and pricing change as units sell, buyers should check the latest price list and remaining layouts before reserving.
