Golf Fields is one of the newer Emaar Properties releases in Emaar South, the golf-led community within Dubai South. Payment follows Emaar's familiar 80/20 structure: 10% when booking, 70% across the construction period and the final 20% on handover, which brokers currently expect in the third quarter of 2030.
