Baystar by Vida at Rashid Yachts & Marina

Baystar by Vida brings Emaar's lifestyle-led Vida brand to Rashid Yachts & Marina, the waterfront community the developer has built on the former Port Rashid at Mina Rashid. The project offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments alongside a limited set of larger four-bedroom homes, and Emaar's website currently shows it as available with around 19 units left. It sits within a district designed around a superyacht harbour, a promenade and a string of connected parks.

Emaar quotes internal areas from 728 sq ft up to 2,950 sq ft, so the range spans compact one-bedroom apartments through to generous four-bedroom residences. Communal spaces follow the Vida approach of relaxed, design-led living, with an infinity pool facing the marina, a residents' gym, children's play areas, landscaped gardens, multipurpose rooms and retail. Broker material also mentions a members' lounge, barbecue areas and the community's long canal-style pool.

Like its neighbours, Baystar looks across the marina towards the open sea and the Burj Khalifa skyline, with the QE2 floating hotel close by. Sheikh Rashid Road and Al Mina Road connect the community with Downtown Dubai, The Dubai Mall and Dubai International Airport, and the older districts of Bur Dubai and Jumeirah are a short drive away. The marina is designed to berth yachts of up to 100 metres.

Baystar suits buyers who want a branded, service-minded building in a central waterfront location, and the four-bedroom homes give larger households an alternative to villa communities on the city edge. The plan is 80/20, made up of 10% at booking, 70% across construction and 20% on completion. Handover is expected in the fourth quarter of 2029 according to Metropolitan, making it one of the nearer-term completions in the district.
