Process
From first hold to handover — the standard Dubai buying journey for overseas and resident buyers.
Compare payment plans, floor plans and handover dates. We hold your preferred unit while you review the numbers.
Pay the booking deposit, sign the Sales & Purchase Agreement and register the unit with the Dubai Land Department.
Instalments are tied to build progress and paid into the RERA escrow account — not directly to the developer.
Inspect the finished home, settle the final payment and collect keys. We can arrange furnishing and leasing if needed.
Why off-plan
Off-plan pricing is typically below completed stock, with staged payments spread across the build cycle.
Construction-linked plans and post-handover options keep cash flow manageable for end-users and investors.
Buyers often benefit from price appreciation between launch and handover in active Dubai corridors.
