Overview
Vision Iconic Tower is the flagship residential tower of Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, the Mercedes-Benz branded master community Binghatti is building in Nad Al Sheba 1, next to Meydan. Launched on 6 October 2026, it rises about 341 metres over 78 residential floors above a ground floor, mezzanine and five podium levels.
The tower holds 1,426 residences and 27 high-street retail shops on a plot of more than 22,000 square metres. Most homes are one-bedroom apartments (1,017 units), with 281 two-bedrooms, 110 three-bedrooms and nine each of four and five-bedroom residences. One-bedroom layouts start from about 694 sq ft including balcony, and all homes have smart-home systems and curved private balconies.

Amenities include a sky infinity pool, private pools, a podium pool and gym, a skyline jogging path, spa, yoga and wellness areas, entertainment studios and air-conditioned outdoor spaces, with concierge and valet services by Binghatti.
Nad Al Sheba sits between Meydan Racecourse and Al Khail Road, with Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport a short drive away. Handover is expected in Q3 2028.
