Linar is a six-tower waterfront development by Alef Group on the eastern edge of Al Mamzar beach in Sharjah, right on the Dubai border. Five residential towers and one commercial tower with fluid, wave-like forms offer one to three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses with panoramic sea views. Launch prices started from about AED 945,000.
Alef Group announced that all homes at Linar sold out shortly after launch, so the project is no longer available directly from the developer. Units do come up on the resale (assignment) market, typically at a premium to the original launch price, and handover is expected in Q4 2030.
