DAMAC Islands is a waterfront master community by DAMAC Properties in Dubailand, designed around the idea of island resort living. Homes are grouped into clusters named after destinations such as Fiji, Bora Bora, Maldives and Seychelles, set around lagoons, beaches and water features.
The community offers four and five-bedroom townhouses and six and seven-bedroom villas. Current four-bedroom townhouses start from about AED 3 million and five-bedrooms from around AED 3.93 million, with sizes from about 1,550 sq ft. Homes have light facades, panoramic glazing and terraces, and selected units come with private pools and jacuzzis.
Shared facilities include an aqua park, lagoons with floating decks and gondola paddling, beaches, mini golf, jogging tracks, a pet garden, BBQ areas and retail. The payment plan spreads most of the price across construction, with 25% due on handover between late 2028 and mid-2029 depending on the cluster.
