Binghatti Starfall is a mixed-use residential and retail tower in Al Jaddaf, on the western bank of Dubai Creek. Rising 19 storeys (two basements, ground floor, four podium parking levels and 14 residential floors plus a roof deck), it holds 754 apartments and 17 ground-floor shops on a 60,602 sq ft plot.
The mix is weighted towards investors
528 studios, 168 one-bedroom apartments and 55 two-bedroom apartments, plus one one-bedroom Royal Suite and two two-bedroom Royal Suites. The first residential floor sits above the podium, level with the elevated Metro line, so homes are lifted clear of street noise. Interiors use travertine-look tiles, European walnut, stone feature walls and champagne metal finishes.
Residents share an elevated lifestyle deck with more than ten amenities: a temperature-controlled adults' pool and jacuzzi, a kids' pool and splash zone, a gym with changing rooms, an outdoor yoga and aerobics platform, family seating areas and an observatory deck with telescopes for stargazing. A double-height lobby has a concierge desk, and the ground floor has a retail promenade with cafés, a supermarket and a pharmacy.
The tower sits at the northern end of Al Jaddaf with quick access to Sheikh Rashid Road and the E11. According to Binghatti, Al Jaddaf Metro Station is two minutes away, Dubai International Airport six, Downtown Dubai eight, and Business Bay and Dubai Festival City about nine. Views take in Dubai Creek, Garhoud Bridge and the Downtown skyline.
