Azizi Milan is a large master-planned community by Azizi Developments in City of Arabia, Dubailand, beside Global Village and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Inspired by the Italian fashion capital, it is planned with more than sixty buildings, mostly apartment towers of 19 to 42 floors, plus townhouses, retail streets and landscaped boulevards.
Apartments range from studios to three bedrooms. Current studio prices start from about AED 520,000 for around 318 sq ft, one-bedrooms from about AED 1.09 million, two-bedrooms from about AED 1.76 million and three-bedrooms from about AED 2.48 million, making it one of the most affordable new launches in Dubai.
Buildings have a curved, glass-fronted design with layered balconies. Residents will have pools, a sauna and jacuzzi, covered gyms, cinemas and gaming lounges, tennis and sports courts, cycling and jogging paths, children's play areas and retail and dining. The 50/50 plan spreads half the price over construction, with 50% due on completion.
